Sunday marked the halfway point and my birthday! I'm 25 years old and my baby girl is 20 weeks old! This trimester is moving so fast! I can't believe that we're halfway there already!
I had a great birthday relaxing and going out to dinner with my family. We went to an Asian fusion type of restaurant so of course I got some orange chicken (yum!)
And for a birthday present from my parents and sister I got some maternity clothes so I can finally break up my pattern of the same 4 shirts ;)
In other exciting news we picked out the bedding and ordered it. I posted a pic of it from the website. We both love it. Girly enough, but not too girly! I know Abe is excited to paint the nursery and start doing his "manly duties" of putting stuff together ;) He's going to be the best dad... he already is and she's not even here yet.
These past few days have been pretty hot and we all know I don't do super hot really well (I take after my dad on that), but thankfully my mother-in-law got us these really nice fans so we've been staying cool without pumping up the air conditioning. Thanks mom! ;)
Not much else to report. I'm going back for another ultrasound next week to get a better view of her heart so I'll have more to post then!
